Strength to Grow Your Arm Codes Tracker
Copy the fields, keep the live list empty until Core X Games posts a real string, archive anything that dies.
This tracker is a log, not a program. Copy the columns into a note, a spreadsheet, or the bottom of this page in your head. Strength to Grow Your Arm still has no confirmed public promo codes as of September 2026, so the live list below is empty on purpose. The value is the habit: you will know what you already tried when New World or new dumbbell aura finally ships a string.
Parent hub: Tools. Live list for the whole wiki: Codes Hub. Dead strings: expired codes. Click path: how to redeem.
play Strength to Grow Your Arm on Roblox before you open a spreadsheet. A Brainrot on the floor beats a perfectly formatted row.
Fields to log
Use one row per string, including failed rumors. Empty rows teach nothing.
| Field | What to write |
|---|---|
| Code | Exact paste, including caps. No extra spaces. |
| Reward | What the toast or the post claimed. Write “unverified” if you have not redeemed. |
| Status | None confirmed / live / expired / invalid / already redeemed. |
| First seen | Date. |
| Source | Roblox listing, Core X Games shout, wiki hub, or “thumbnail.” |
| Toast | The exact in-game sentence. This is how you separate expired from fake. |
| Spent on | Dumbbell, ignored, or Brainrot parked. Blank if it never paid. |
Status None confirmed is the correct default in September 2026. Do not “upgrade” a row to live because a clip account said so. Live means the Codes Hub table agrees or you personally received a success toast on a clean HUD.
Live list (copy this)
| Code | Reward | Status | First seen | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| — | — | None confirmed | — | — |
When a real code exists, duplicate the row, fill every field, and redeem with how to redeem before you go lift. Gifts expire while people pose with the right arm.
When a row dies, do not delete it. Change Status to expired, copy it into your archive, and check that expired codes has it so the next session does not retry it. Invalid rows stay in your personal log with Source = thumbnail so you remember not to trust that channel. They do not belong in the public expired table unless they once worked.
When to refresh
Refresh is a human action, not a timer.
- After you launch, if you liked or favorited overnight and Roblox shows an update ping.
- After a shout in the Core X Games group.
- After the Roblox page grows a NEW WORLD banner or a new dumbbell / aura graphic. Read New World and new dumbbell aura, then refresh the tracker, then play.
- After a known place bump. The listing last updated 6 September 2026. That class of patch is when a Codes button moves and when old rumors should be retested once.
- After you personally redeem, succeed or fail. Write the toast immediately. Memory lies; toasts do not.
Do not refresh between wall smashes. Do not refresh because Auto Train is running; scripts are a different risk on the Scripts Hub. Do not refresh inside a carry. Walk the Brainrot home first (how to find Brainrots).
How a row should change your session
If Status is None confirmed, close the note and lift. The tracker has done its job by refusing to invent a gift. Spend the time on how to grow your arm and how to smash walls.
If Status is live, redeem, then spend. Coins buy the next legal dumbbell (dumbbells, how to get Coins). A Brainrot gift parks at base and gets ranked on the Brainrot tier list. Auras from the dumbbell event are not codes; log them under auras if you need a second sheet.
If Status is expired or invalid, do not let it steal a second toast this week. That is the whole point of an archive.
Source ranking
Trust, in order:
- Your own success toast.
- This wiki’s Codes Hub after an editor has reproduced it.
- A Core X Games group shout or the Roblox description.
- A friend in your 6-player server who just redeemed in front of you.
- Everyone else, including “leaks,” script GUIs that type into the box, and lists mixed with other games.
A script that auto-fills codes is not a tracker. It is an executor typing into a HUD. Keep that off this log. If you executed anyway, do not treat that account’s toast as clean evidence for the public table.
New lifters can skip the spreadsheet until they finish getting started and controls. Bookmark this page, like the game, join the group, and come back when the first real string exists. Until then the empty live list is the tracker working, not the tracker missing data.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Why is the live tracker empty?
Because the Codes Hub still says None confirmed. An empty row is accurate. Filling it with rumor strings would teach you to redeem junk after every patch.
What columns do I actually need?
Code, Reward, Status, First seen, Source, and the in-game toast. Status should be None confirmed until you or this wiki see a success. Copy the table on this page into a note.
When do I move a row to expired?
When the redeem box returns an expiry or max-uses toast, or when the Codes Hub marks it dead. Then copy it to expired codes. Invalid rumors are not expired.
Should I refresh after New World?
Yes. Event drops are the most likely gift windows and the most likely expiry windows. Read New World, refresh this log, redeem if something is live, then go smash walls.
Can I let a script update this tracker?
No. A GUI that types codes is still an executor. Keep this log manual. Warnings live on the Scripts Hub and how to execute.
