Strength to Grow Your Arm Players Hub

No named fighters. Three playstyles for the same right-arm loop on a six-player server.

Players Hub

Strength to Grow Your Arm does not ship a character select. There is no roster of named heroes to unlock. Players on this wiki means playstyles: how you spend a session on a six-player Roblox server while everyone else is also trying to smash the same wall.

The loop is shared. Lift so the right arm grows. Smash walls. Carry Brainrots home. Cash Coins. Buy a heavier bar. Core X Games released the game on 12 June 2026 as a free incremental simulator. What changes is the order you care about those verbs.

Grinder

A grinder lives on the heaviest dumbbell they can actually cycle. Walls are a clock, not a photo shoot. Brainrots are Coin fuel, not a zoo. If a pad is C-tier, it leaves. If a bar is starter iron, it leaves. The dumbbell tier list is the grinder bible; the how to grow your arm guide is the form check.

Standing at a late wall you cannot break is posing, not grinding. Use how to smash walls and the getting started guide so the next room is real.

Collector

A collector ranks Brainrots before lobby flex. Mythic quality is the official ceiling; A-tier keepers stay; B fills; C is sold. The Brainrot tier list is the collector bible. Official art’s sunglass chili is joke-roster flavor, not a fan-ID hunt.

A Mythic you cannot reach because you never lifted is a rumor. Pair collecting with how to find Brainrots and how to get Coins. Read New World before you freeze a museum.

Event chaser

An event chaser treats banners as the quest log. New World means new walls, new Brainrots, new strength checks. New Dumbbell - New Aura means buy or earn the new weight, look for its aura, and stop parking on old bars. Start at the updates hub, then New Dumbbell - New Aura and the aura tier list. Lift first. A new aura on a bar you cannot move is a statue.

Shared rules for every style

Six-player servers mean contested walls. There is no confirmed rebirth layer. No public codes were confirmed as of September 2026 — still check the codes hub and codes tracker. Scripts live on the scripts hub. Official destinations sit on the wiki links page. The game pass checklist does not invent a catalog. The free-to-play route is the same loop with more wall time. Both still use the Tier List Hub.

Pick a lane for the next six-player server

If your last session was all posing and no Coins, you are not a collector — you are idle. If you bought nothing after a New Dumbbell banner, you are not an event chaser — you are on yesterday’s iron. If you never smashed the nearest cracked wall, you are not a grinder. Pick one lane for the next server: heaviest bar with uptime, Mythic-or-A pads only, or the live banner first. Then join. The rest of a six-player server will not wait while you theorycraft a roster that this game does not have.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Are there named characters to unlock?

No. This hub ranks playstyles — grinder, collector, event chaser — not a fighter roster.

Which playstyle is best for beginners?

Grinder. Lift the heaviest bar you can cycle, smash the nearest wall, and convert Brainrots into Coins before you collect for fun.

Do I need Robux for a playstyle?

No. All three styles run free. Passes, if the live shop lists any, are convenience — see the game pass checklist.

How many players are on a server?

Six. Walls and Brainrots are contested even though this is not a PvP arena.

Should event chasers ignore Brainrot quality?

No. New World still drops keepers and junk. Rank what you carry or the new layer becomes a cluttered base.
