Strength to Grow Your Arm How to Smash Walls
Cracked walls gate new areas and Brainrots. Test nearby cracks, loot, then leave the hole.
Walls are the map. In Strength to Grow Your Arm you do not unlock biomes with a menu. You grow the right arm, walk up to a wall, and smash it. Behind that rubble are new areas and the Brainrots the Roblox page tells you to find. If you never break a wall, you are running a lifting demo, not the game.
Core X Games launched this free incremental simulator on 12 June 2026. Servers hold six players, so a popular crack is a shared doorway. Official art is a lightning punch and a chili Brainrot with sunglasses exploding out of a cracked wall. That image is the loop in one frame: smash, then collect. This page is the smash half. How to Find Brainrots is the collect half. Getting Started is the first wall of the first session.
Walls gate areas and Brainrots
Every wall you can break is doing two jobs. First, it opens space — a new area you could not walk a minute ago. Second, it hides Brainrots. You will not find the roster by standing in spawn. You find it by testing walls, especially ones that already look cracked.
If the wall does not yield, you are under-strength. That is not a puzzle. Go back to the heaviest dumbbell you can still lift, grow the right arm, and return. How to Grow Your Arm is the training rule. Punching a sealed wall does not grant extra Strength. It just occupies the crack in a six-player server.
Test nearby cracked walls first
Start with the closest damaged wall, not the furthest painted one. Nearby cracks are the intended next gate. Far walls are later gates wearing dramatic lighting. If a close crack breaks, loot it. If it does not, you have a clean signal: more lifting, not more walking.
Interact the same way you lift — click or tap the wall. Controls covers PC versus mobile. The smash is not a separate combo. It is an interact that succeeds when the right arm is big enough. Camera-drag so you can see the crack; a huge arm will hide the wall if you never move the view.
After a successful smash, pick up what is there and leave. The hole is a corridor for the other five players. Standing in the dust to emote blocks the people who still need the Brainrot or the path. Loot, then leave. Rank whatever you carried on the Brainrot tier list once you are back at base, not in the doorway.
New World means new walls
The Roblox events list includes New World. That is not flavor text. A new world is a new set of walls, which means a new set of gates and a new set of hiding spots. When that event is live, stop replaying emptied spawn cracks and go test the fresh ones. The New World notes are the patch context. This page is the habit: treat new walls as the new front, not as scenery.
New Dumbbell - New Aura matters here because a heavier bar is how a stubborn wall becomes a door. If a new dumbbell landed and you can lift it, buy it with Coins before you keep punching the same sealed surface. See New Dumbbell - New Aura, the dumbbell tier list, and the aura tier list. Broader history sits on the updates hub.
What not to do at a wall
Do not camp a wall you cannot break. Do not invent a charge-up minigame this wiki has not confirmed. Do not treat smash as a PvP shove; server size 6 is shared space, not an arena. Do not skip the carry: a smashed wall with the Brainrot still on the floor is an unfinished action. Run it home so How to Get Coins can start.
No public promo codes were confirmed in September 2026, so there is no code that deletes a wall. Recheck the codes hub and the codes tracker after patches. Automation that auto-punches every surface belongs in the Scripts discussion after you can smash by hand. Spend questions live under Players, including free-to-play routing and game pass notes. Compare overall keepers on the tier list hub. Other walkthroughs are on the Guides Hub.
New World is a reminder that the map is not finished. When a new area lands, walk the fresh cracks first. Old walls you already emptied will not hide the next Brainrot.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
How do I smash a wall?
Grow the right arm on weights, walk up to a nearby cracked wall, and click or tap it. If it does not break, you are not strong enough yet. Go lift, then test again.
Which wall should I hit first?
The closest cracked wall, not the furthest painted one. Nearby cracks are the next gate. Far walls wait until the arm is actually big enough.
What is behind the walls?
New areas and Brainrots. Carry what you find to your base. How to Find Brainrots covers the collection route after the smash.
What should I do right after a smash?
Loot, then leave. The hole is a shared doorway on a six-player server. Rank the Brainrot at base, not in the corridor.
Does New World change wall smashing?
It adds new walls. New walls mean new gates and new hiding spots. Read the New World notes and go test the fresh cracks instead of replaying emptied spawn walls.
Can I smash walls without buying heavier dumbbells?
Early cracks, maybe. Later gates need a bigger right arm, which needs stronger weights. Spend Coins on the next bar you can lift using How to Grow Your Arm and the dumbbell tier list.
